Clarity, perspective, a sense of awe…
looking back on your past, looking for patterns, taking in the big picture, finding awe in the whole of it, appreciating it as it is, as uniquely yours….
You can draw your landscape of life to reflect and gain insight into how the landscapes you have lived with have informed your existence and who you are.
Rather than solely thinking about these images that come to mind, drawing them uses a different part of the brain and integrates your awareness of them on another level, a deeper level.
Draw whatever images come to mind, don’t filter, let your body draw.
